Dr. Marylin Hickey

Encouraging, optimistic, always upbeat, and energetic—at the young age of 92, Marilyn Hickey actively ministers internationally, most recently in Iran, Sudan, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, India, China, and Pakistan, as well as domestically in the United States through Bible Encounters and speaking engagements.

Marilyn has had audiences with government leaders and heads of state all over the world. She is the first woman to join the Board of Directors of the largest church in the world, Dr. David Yonggi’s Church Growth International in South Korea.

She has traveled to 138 countries and plans to visit many more in the years to come. She and her late husband Wallace were married over 50 years, and have two children and four grandchildren.

Dr. Marylin Hickey’s Calling

Renowned as an effective and creative Bible teacher, Marilyn’s call has been to cover the Earth with the Word. Her long-running television program, Today with Marilyn and Sarah, which she co-hosts with her daughter, Sarah Bowling, continues to be one of the most popular programs airing on Christian television.

“Seeing Jesus In Every Book of The Bible” is one of the magnificent teachings about knowing who Jesus is in the Old Testament. Often we say, “Jesus isn’t in the Old Testament.” Or, “Who is Jesus in the Old Testament?” But did you know that a lot of the New Testament is quoted from the Old Testament? Colossians 1:27 NKJV
